Best month on record. Google Ads running at full budget across chiro and massage campaigns with strong traffic — up to 541 sessions in one week (Wk 16). Meta also active. This is the benchmark to return to.

Google Ads spend dropped to zero around Wk 18 (w/c 27 Apr). This was the single biggest driver of the drop — paid search was generating 60% of all website traffic. Sessions fell immediately and stayed low for the next 6 weeks.

Two compounding problems: (1) Google Ads off all month — sessions bottomed at 47/wk. (2) Meta instant forms campaign generated 41 leads but GHL sync broke ~7 May — none received automated follow-up. initial_consultation_purchase (actual bookings) is not a GA4 key event and not imported into Google Ads. Google has been optimising toward bot-inflated form submissions. Dennys to fix.

41 instant form leads from Apr–Jun not received by GHL. Decision: retire instant forms for KCWC entirely. Now running website leads only — traffic goes to landing page → PracticeHub booking. GHL only connected to P&M Facebook account; no dependency needed.
